Welcome to Mekibo (mekibo.shop), an independent specialist retailer focused on computer accessories from HyperX, Kensington, and Perixx. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mekibo storefront. By browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using this store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

3. Catalog Information and Product Listings

We are an independent, multi-brand specialist retailer. Our catalog focuses on computer accessories from HyperX, Kensington, and Perixx, and we curate product listings to present clear, accurate details before checkout. Each product listing undergoes a two-stage review before going live: first, an automated comparison against the brand’s published specifications and our internal data; second, a manual check by a product specialist who verifies images, titles, features, and compatibility notes.

We make every effort to display product information, images, pricing, and availability accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Promotions

These savings are passed into product pricing, while we retain enough margin to support responsive customer service and our published service commitments.

Prices vary by brand, product tier, and market demand, especially for items with frequent version updates. A premium model may cost more because its component quality, feature set, or warranty coverage differs. We present those differences clearly in each listing so the price difference makes sense.

From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes. For example, code MEKIBO15 provides 15% off eligible items at checkout. Promotions are funded from the same operational savings that support our regular pricing — not by lowering product quality or changing the items you receive. Temporary discount codes are designed to reward first-time shoppers, clear select inventory, or highlight specific categories, and their cost is absorbed by the margin we build into the program. 5. Orders, Payment, and Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when we send a shipment confirmation email, or when the item is dispatched. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order, and to cancel any order before dispatch.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges disclosed at checkout. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order or suspend fulfillment until payment is resolved.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Free shipping applies to orders over $45.00; standard shipping is $8.00 for qualifying orders below that threshold.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We provide standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Orders over $45.00 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below $45.00, standard shipping is $8.00.

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, but delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a return by contacting us at support@mekibo.shop within the 30-day window. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part — such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product — in which case we will cover the cost. Refunds for eligible returns are processed promptly and generally appear within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Warranty coverage follows the product information and support guidance provided in the listing and any manufacturer documentation included with the product. If you experience a defect or malfunction covered by a warranty, contact us and we will facilitate the warranty claim process. We will not charge you for the warranty service itself, and any shipping costs required to process a valid warranty claim are our responsibility.

8. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee that every product on the Mekibo storefront is brand-original and sourced through legitimate wholesale channels. We do not sell factory rejects, refurbished units without clear labeling, or gray-market goods. Our sourcing partners must provide chain-of-custody documentation and meet our packaging, labeling, and quality requirements. Products are stored in a controlled environment and inspected before listing, and we conduct periodic spot checks on incoming batches, comparing serial numbers and batch codes against partner documentation. Items that fail inspection are quarantined and returned to the source rather than shipped to customers.

Our pricing strategy never trades away authenticity or product condition. We only list items that meet each brand’s original specifications; a lower price in our store means we have structured our sourcing and operations to be efficient, not that we are offering something less than the real product.

If you suspect an item is not authentic, contact our quality assurance department immediately at support@mekibo.shop. To begin an investigation, please provide:

• Your order number and the item SKU
• The serial number and batch code, if visible
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any labels
• A description of the issue or reason for suspicion

Once we receive this information, we will log the claim and assign a case number. Our review process works as follows:

1. We verify the product data against our sourcing documentation and the brand’s published identifiers.
2. If needed, we contact the wholesale partner for chain-of-custody confirmation.
3. We inform you of our findings and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.

Our goal is to resolve every authenticity claim within two business days of receiving all required information. If the investigation takes longer because we need to consult a wholesale partner, we will keep you updated and provide a temporary refund or replacement at your choice. If a product is proven not to be authentic, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and cover return shipping.

When you receive an order, we encourage you to verify that the packaging is intact, the serial number on the product matches the invoice, and any included accessories are present. If anything looks inconsistent with the listing, take photos and contact us right away.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mekibo storefront — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, software, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Aster Ridge Commerce Group LLC or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, and logos of HyperX, Kensington, Perixx, and other manufacturers are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent or that of the respective rights holder. You may not use any automated means, such as scrapers, bots, or data mining tools, to access or collect information from this site without permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, servers, or connected networks;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with us;
• Engaging in any activity that could constitute fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods;

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the site, or any product purchased through the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gives rise to the claim, or, if the claim does not relate to a specific product, the greater of $100 or the total amount you have paid to us in the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase of products, or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
