For dongle: Plug the 2.4GHz dongle into a USB port. For Bluetooth: Press and hold the DPI button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The mouse will appear in your device list. Connect using your PC's Bluetooth settings.
Ensure the mouse is connected via the dongle or cable (NGENUITY may not detect in Bluetooth mode). Update NGENUITY software to the latest version. Try reconnecting the dongle or restarting the software.
Press the DPI button on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through preset DPI levels (default 800/1600/3200). To customize, open NGENUITY software and adjust DPI settings.
If the firmware update fails or causes issues, try resetting the mouse by holding the left, right, and DPI buttons for 10 seconds. Reconnect the mouse and try the update again. If problems persist, contact HyperX support.
