I've been dealing with wrist pain for years and this trackball mouse has been a lifesaver. The vertical design is comfortable, and the trackball is smooth. Setup was easy and the battery life is impressive. Only wish the receiver were a bit smaller.

The vertical grip and trackball combo took me a few days to adapt to, but now I'm flying through tasks. The programmable buttons are useful, though the software is a bit clunky. Good value for the price.

This mouse has eliminated my shoulder pain. The vertical position keeps my arm in a natural handshake position, and the trackball means I don't have to move my arm at all. Highly recommend for anyone with wrist issues.
